Hi!
Well you have to be very careful with your application as your earlier refusal may affect your current application. These days they look for anything to refuse. What grounds were you refused earlier?

Re: Just a thought

Hello again, Does anyone think an effort to see the Uk Ambassador at one of the embassy's here in UAE would help, or would it be totally pointless? Thanks :) Hi! I Don't think UK ambassador would be of much help and it would be very hard for you to get in touch with. The Best possible way is to get...

Re: VFS in india.

Has anyone applied for any UK visa in VFS office in Chennai (or in any part of India) recently? How many days before you e-mailled the office to get the appointment? did you get the day you asked for? what is the premium service lounge like? is it worth the extra money? Does it has to be the applic...

Guys, Please be informed that not all cases are reviewed... spoke to BHC and was confirmed that due to large number of application the cases are not reviewed they are just sent back to AIT for hearing. I disagree slightly with this comment. (Sorry Nav) The links that are attached above are HO guide...

So which cases meet the review criteria? Do you have to explicit state you would like the case to be reviewed? Provide us with an explanation to substantiate the claims, you cant leave us in limbo with such a sweeping statement. Well you dont have any criteria. The normal procedure is that case sho...

I am assuming all cases are reviewed it's automatic, I've been reading in some cases it can take a considerable time to review a case. I need some clarification or when you should lodge an appeal. 28 days after the refusal date printed on your refusal notice. Or 28 days after you were informed of t...

No it wouldn't because the HO can say that there is nothing stopping them from living in China with the kid being as young as it is. If she does stay here then she might be lumped with a bill for giving birth here assuming that she used the NHS whilst in the country illegally. You must remember tha...

Firstly, she can apply under a Court ruling called Chikwamba Ruling, due to mitigating circumstance (ie the child), who has the right to both parents in his/her life. She can invoke rule 246 in her favour too, if home office attempts to deport her. The husband could fight that his access to his chi...

Hi AppealUK, There is a chance that when AIT request the bundle that they may overturn their original decision, based on the additional evidence you sent in for review by post if that is what you did!!! This happened to my husband's case and initially it was refused on more than one issue, therefor...

Hi! I agree with casa, speak to customer service manager or try another branch... There should be no problem as you are asking them to print a statement of account and confirm balance on letter head. Tell them its going to HO and they will understand.

It will not be considered an "Incestuous relationship". They are allowed to get married, provided the future husband is divorced of course. You will not be breaking an UK law anyway. Yes they might take a grim view of you, but no, they cannot refuse you on these basis of their grim view alone. Than...

Online bank statements seems possible . If in doubt, then it may be safer to have them certified. Or just ask the embassy for clarification. Hi! Just to add to the above, you can visit your nearest bank branch and ask them to print your 'Statement Of Account ' (Stamped) n Closing balance with your ...
