I think you have some good point, it might be a good idea to get some temporary place and get a more permanent one later. Is it usual to sign month-by-month lease, or would that be something unusual?

What is bad on answering older posts? The important point is that people are able to find answers, and perhaps my answer will help to someone else being in the same situation now. I hope my answer is helpful. Writing a 6-line reply is not something spammers do. I do not think I deserve to be called ...

Re: US TOURIST VISA - REFUSED 2 TIMES - PLEASE HELP

I could include my bankstatement. Regarding the lease or house deed - in my case my accomodation is provided by my employer and therefore i do not pay any rentals or bills. When you moved into your apt, haven't you signed some paperwork? It would be strange if the employer just gave you the keys an...

I would take a look at the embassy website, unless it is somewhere in writing, I think it is rubbish. If you do not find it in writing, you can always say that noone has told you, and they can't prove the opposite.

I have a question, did you get just your blank passport back, or was it accompanied with some letter too? In case it was accompanied by a letter, the letter should say the procedure for the visa appeal. This source ( Schengen visa appeal ) says that France provides 60 days visa appeal period and tha...

Worth considering... I heard it is best to get married at the USA embassy in your case in Portugal and submit the papers there as opposed to getting married in the USA. The process then allegedly goes much faster. Not sure, do research, just writing what I heard.

Include a bank account statement. Perhaps a lease agreement or a house deed would help too.

Which part of London

I will be moving to London and need to figure out in which part I want to stay. I have no idea. Which part of London is best in terms of accessibility to downtown and prices for 2 bedroom apartment? I am looking for some average neighborhood.

In general they have 15 days to issue the visa (see here schengen visa), but if you were lucky to get appointment so quickly, you might be lucky and be able to talk them into a faster delivery. :) Let us know, or better, send us greeting when you get to Roma. :)

I think it is something that could have been expected. Europe is in crisis, opening the borders could make it worse. I am sure these two countries will be let in when the times improve.

Wow, your case is trully complicated! My thinking.. You have only 2 weeks in Se, so applying there does not make sense. So, you apply in London. Because you husband will not go to Bg at all, he needs to apply with the embassy of the country to which he will be traveling, so it would be Italy. And if...

I do not think it is necessary to get confirmation for your child. It would be better if you were able to have one, but it should not really affect the Schengen visa if you do not have it. You have your child written in your passport, right? Or, it can be assumed that your child is YOUR's. Then it i...
