As KP's suggestion, I just applied the basic CRB check via Disclosure Scotland, which cost 25 pounds. Even driving without license could be spent, do not worry about this.

unspent convictions normally lead the person in prison for 2.5 or more years, i do not believe anyone of us had done these 'big' things
