Re: When passport supporting documents are returned?

If I allow a month between IPS check & send passport application and travel, will it be sufficient to be able to travel using my original, ie non-British passport? no You have nothing to worry about. 1) A ccj is not a criminal conviction 2) The fact that you are making payments towards it indicates that you are committed to putting your financial affairs in order. If this weren't the case there may have been cause for concern I repeat, you have nothing to wor...

Re: Driving Convictions CD10 and LC20 for Naturalisation

I'm due to appear NCS to submit our applications (I, my wife and daughter) for citizenship on 27th Jul. 2010. I had CD10 (£250 court fine and 3 points on my provisional) and LC20 (no fine and no points). After reading the forum and UKBA guidelines on unspent convictions "Fines" attract 5 years per...

As long as it does not go to court you should be fine and no need to mention. The guidance document says that parking fixed fines do not need to be mentioned. I recommend you pay it then. thank you very much , i already paid it on-line now ...so hope its fine ;) sorry if this sounds harsh, but i th...
