Appointment is tomorrow.
husband had a CRB enhanced check done through employer and the report came all fine.this was in August and this incident happened in October time!

thanks for the reply.
He was not arrested or taken into custody.
he was only given this penalty notice of £80 in the store where this all happened.
he has paid the penalty in full.
I hope they would not refuse my application because of all this. :-(

i am main applicant. husband is to be included as dependant. he was issued a penalty notice for shoplifting...he has paid the penalty £80.
do i include this in the personal history section?
would this come up in the ukba criminal check?
PEO appointment next week..
please advice asap!

HSMP at the moment

WP+HSMP: 5yrs continuous
Got Workpermit on 25 January2005
HSMP in 2007;valid till2009
then extended but had problems due to maintenance funds only.
But now, thanks to Pankina judgment all fine.

Hi all,
Please advise!I am a contractor with agency and not in a permanent employment. it is full time and my contract is until march 2011.
Would that matter at all?
Can I attach my Contract with application?would that act as employment letter?

heard back from UKBA and got my passports back..
Leave not backdated (Feb09) but granted from September 10 to September 2013..
Do ukba not backdate the review applications as they did in the first post of this forum (Tsleng's case?)
