@cs95tdg Thanks for your response. I must admit though that Home Office do not do themselves much favour due to using the terms HSMP and Tier 1 in an interchangeable manner. Just wish that the literature was more clear to remove all doubts from minds of us end users.

Urgent: Tier 1 In-Person Applicants between 3rd - 7th Aug 09

Hello All My current HSMP expires on 14th Aug 2009. For a multitude of reasons, I have to wait until 31st July before I can apply for Tier 1 extension. As of this morning, appointments for in-person application are booked until 3rd Sep. Hence, postal application is the only way forward at this time....
