Hi, Are you here in UK on a visit visa? As you mentioned that you don't have a legal right to work? If you are on a visit visa then you will have to let ESA know you won't be living with the ESA claimant permanently (let ESA know the date you moved in, date you married, date you will be leaving UK.....

hey, You can apply for dual citizenship of SL as soon as you receive your ILR under Retention rule. If your girl friend decided to stay with you for more than 4 weeks the you need to ring ESA customer center and let them know. SDP is for people who is living alone.

Just a quick question; How early can I apply for my little girl's British passport renewal? Current one is valid till June 2018 and I would like to renew it in April 2017 ( if possible)

Quick question regarding my AN application for naturalization..

I got my PR on 18.12.2013 and would like to apply for my naturalisation on 18.12.2014. I have fulfilled all the relevant requirements just wanted to know whether I can apply exactly after 12 months?

John is correct here..

A British citizen by descent is a person born outside the UK and is acquired if one or both parents are British citizens. This means that you cannot automatically pass on British citizenship to any child who is born abroad.
