Hi I applied for Citizenship and it was approved and I attended my ceremony in mid June. I had to travel back to my country at the start of July so I didn't have enough time to apply for my British Passport. Therefore I travelled with my country passport with my ILR. When I returned, I filled in a l...

Hiya

I will be travelling back to my country in a months time. I have ILR but its in my Iranian expired passport and I have renewed my Iranian passport so have a current one also. To travel back into the UK is it fine as long as I show both my expired and current passports when entering?

Many thanks

Hiya

I am confused, as I called the passport office who said they want details of Grandparents, even if I didn't get my naturalisation through ancestry.

Anyone know of others who didn't include Grandparent details and were successful?

Many thanks

I agree that it is highly unlikely that such changes would affect ILR holders, but I feel safer knowing that I am a British Citizen.
