Also since the application is online, are the dates easily available? I am just going through the process of completing the form online but I noticed that they don't let you select the dates until the whole application is completed and paid for. Date of application is the date you submit and pay on...

Hi all, Can I just clear something queries out please. I am a British Citizen and my wife entered UK on 7th April 2015. Her visa was isssued 31st Jan 2015. Am I right to assume that we cannot apply till 10th March 2020 for her ILR? Also since the application is online, are the dates easily available...

no she dosen't. her pay ends up being only £8400 if taking an average from the latest 6 months.

so then just to confirm, her latest 6 months payslips and mine october 15 to september 16 payslips. is that correct?

Also, yes combine income is acceptable. but you have have to show the same payslips like your company year end. for example if your company year end was April to April then you cannot show pay slips for the month of may, june, july, August, September. ok that sucks. guess wasted the extra pay for n...

she first entered the UK on 7th april 2015. her visa was granted on the 22nd Jan 2015. does the BRP card not arrive within 7 days?

Ok so my wife's visa expires on the 22nd October. I am booking her premium appointment for 2nd October. She is planning to travel on the 14th october to visit her parents. Is that enough enough time to get hes visa?

right, so i've sorted out out marriage certificate to be apsotille stamped from the Indian Embassy. So from your guys experience, which would be the best embassy to apply for EU spouse visa from for free? and would it be possible to do it without giving any proof of travel?
