Rakh, After 21st Sept, if you are applying for PIO/OCI/any indian visa, you need to surrender the Indian passport first. 1. First surrender the passport (with ap form, fees and other documents). they will issue certificate within a week or two. 2. then take the certificate when you apply for PIO/OC...
