Home office is aware of this.. they know that Calss 2 NI bills are no longer send by HMRC and adjusted on your tax return. They have access to hmrc files to find out you are self employed.. so no need to worry.

I think the tax submission to HMRC falls on the whole financial year and there will be differences due to expenses. I cant see any point on amending a genuine tax return .

I am asking this question fro my friend ..appreciate the advice from experts

My friend and his Mrs are on tier 2 visa . He want his MRs to swtich to his dependant visa from Tier 2 . what should he do > is it possible to do this without going back to home country?

Hi, congratz on your extension, Do you have any dependants? I got one more confusion, Main applicant form says provide your photograph with any depandant photograph here and dependant form says put dependant photograph here, I am confused about this???
