Agree with secret.simon, however, once she switches to FLR(M), she can apply for ILR based on long residence in July 2018 provided she meets all the requirements so she will only need one application on FLR(M) until she reaches 10 years residence. Trinity college GESE b1 english test is a joke 10 min talk and £145 gone another way to rip off immigrants . :(

I dont think anybody can fail that test.

The fee is reasonable as colleges charge £150 to £250 or may be more in some cases, so £145 is very reasonable. Unlikely to qualify for ILR after 5 years, if the Embassy worker does not qualify. Perhaps after 10 years.

Does any one knows what will be the immigration status for the dependants of a person working in the Pakistani embassy . they are here from last 4 and half year .
