I successfully obtained my ILR from Croydon PEO. No issues at all. I just mentioed my PCN's on my cover letter.

points threshold for an extension

i'm assuming it means that folks who got their initial tier-1 application after the 5th of april 2010, that required a 100 points to qualify, will need to show a 100 points again, to qualify for an extension.

Hi,

I have an expired H-1B visa from my old employer, but a valid I-797 and an I-94 from my new employer.

Can I apply for my Tier-1 visa from within the US?

Do I need to send my I-797 along with my passport (which has my expired visa stamp as well as my current I-94 (valid till 2011).

My spouse is already in the UK on a student visa.

I plan to apply for a Tier-1. Do I have to show maintenance funds with her as a dependent too? Or, since the application is only for me, I only show funds for myself (2800 GBP) ?
