An advice to other people who might enter from ireland in such circumstances is, that when you arrive at UK airport, ask to see an immigration officer and get your passport stamped. It was a bill, not anymore. Its an ACT. The main three parties agreed on the bill when it was passed and got Royal Assent in july last year. UKBA has now removed that info from their website i dont realy know what happend whether the new govt going to change something or just completly finishining ...

ok thank you i dont think so there was any court orders. someone got my bank detail and use my card in gym online payment so my account went down i told them i didnt used it but they said you have to pay that amount but i refused to pay and they closed my account.
