Re: T1 visa query

Hi, You are not obliged to tell anything to anyone till proven guilty. Law clearly states that you are innocent till proven guilty. 1. Consult a good drink drive offence lawyer who can help you reduced your sentence and/or get you out of this completely with minimum punishment. Citizens advise burea...

Driving Convictions CD10 and LC20 for Naturalisation

HAMSAVIJAY - Why not wait until Sep 2011 your fine will be spent beacause it will be 5 years by then? HAMSAVIJAY - I would agree with Backer and would suggest wait till your conviction becomes spent. I have read instances where people have been rejected when they apply for Naturalisation and have u...

1. The 2 points are correct and apply to hsmp (jr) In calculating your absencees, the start date is the date of your HSMP stamping and the deduction of the depature and arrival date is correct. So your absencees would infact be lower than 154. By the way 154 days absence is acceptable as it is less...

Plenty of people have got their visa extensions and ILRs done even though they have declared their offences...

You are correct MAY 06 - OCT 09, is more readable. HSMP JR because I made the application before the 3 APR 06 and on those basis got my approval letter. After that I got my entry clearance on 15 MAY 06. So rephrasing the durations 1. HSMP JR + Extension (Tier 1) => MAY 06 TO OCT 09 - (3 Years 6 Mont...

IndianUK and Global Gypsy, You advice are clear and will stick to it. In my case, I don't have the P60 or P45. Hi, 1. If you were made redundant in Mar 09, depending on your last working day including your notice period was after 05 Apr 09, the old company should provide you with a P60. 2. I know a friend was made redundant in Dec 08 and last working day was 23 Feb 09, still he got a P60 from that company in...

Siva, The way I have understood after my research on this matter is as follows: Spent conviction definition: 1. Driving Ban - Duration of the ban. (i.e. If one gets 8 months driving ban it will become spent on the 1st day of the 9th month.) 2. Fine - 5 years (i.e. Irrespective of what type of fine i...

Oshoo, Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Please can you tell me a bit more. If you had an appointment at any of the PEO's and any questions, if any, asked by the case worker in relation to this matter. This is helping me prepare and build my confidence to face the situation. Thanks.

Hi technical_lemon,

Did the case worker mention anything regarding the P60, when you just gave for 3 years and not 4?

Did you have to explain or clarify anything?

Please share and guide.

Thanks.
