making a fresh initial Tier 1 application during appeal

Hi All,

Just want to know is it possible to make a fresh tier 1 application inside UK when HSMP extension visa is in appeal.

If yes then can we continue with the appeal process and simultaneously apply for fresh tier 1 .

180 days in 5yrs isnt it too less. I guess its yearly 90days so its 90*5=450days i thnk so.

Thts a great news congratulations.. My Visa is residence permit as i applied my initial HSMP also from UK. I am in UK since 2003 thts y i always got residence permit.

Yup Chetan was very worried but all went very smoothly. I guess they opened my application yesterday and got the approval date as 24th.

Coz i had self delivery envelope so got it by today morning itself.

Got my documents today by special delivery and the visa was stamped on the 24th nov, so that means they sent on 24th itself and received on 25th nov by special delivery.
