Kasturi 75 which country are you from? Do they not allow dual nationality? It seems you are sad for giving up your citizenship for BC. In my own case, dual nationality is allowed.

Your NI number is for life, you dont have to apply for another one. Regarding your NHS registeration it is valid, but if you dont live near the GP practice where you registered 10years ago, you have to register with a local GP so that you will have access to a doctor.

You need to contact the tax credit office and tell them how much you earn per week and how many hour a week you work and they will be able to tell you how much you are entitle to. If you work 16hours or more a week, you will be entitle to CTC and WTC.

This will not affect your mother's application for visitors visa. As long as you can should them that you have accomodation for her and she will not be a burden to the state, she shouldn't have any problem.

The AIT will send the result of the judgement to the home office. It is the HO that will contact you. If you have a solicitor, you need to ask him to chase the HO up for you.

Your solicitor is right. My caseworker sent me method of entry questionnaire to complete and return with other documents she requested in August ending. I completed it and returned it with the documents requested, and I was granted ILR the second day she received it. Good luck
