Your application and case is not too much complicated and infact strong case in your favour. The hands of home office are very tight and they cannot give everybody leave to remain specially when you are overstayer. Ranim you do not need to register your marriage in UK. If the Pakistan Govt recognise that marriage then UK Govt also recognise that marriage.
