Is EEA FM application online i so i am unable to find the form

Hi All,

I would be grateful if you can help me find this form and if this application is made online, i have downloaded one form from UKBA webiste however i have been told that the actual form is online for an EEA FM visa for direct family members when applying from outside the UK?

People holding PR are not subject to immigration controls so it does not matter if they work or not.

Hi,

if an EU national has a PR and not working does that mean they are exercising their treaty rights?

we need to make an EEA (FM) application however due to looking after my toddler son i am not able to work but i would like to call my noneea mother in law over to uk.

Unlikely you will get a adult dependent relative visa, especially if there is family in Pakistan. No, the JCAP scheme applicants don't need to attend an interview.
