Thanks Incognito. Once I obtained the delivery ref number from the IPS I called up DX secure and got the delivery address changed to office. They had my work address on the system anyways since my supporting documentation for the passport application had also been redirected there.

Bechir just out of interest have you over the past three years lived at an address where-
1) your name was not on the tenancy agreement
2) you did not directly pay council tax to local council
3) were not on the electoral roll?

If the answer is yes then that might explain the letter.
