not many as she's doing avon catalogs, about 4 hours a week, i have found that i'm not allowed to claim any jobseekers allowance, but we can probably make a joint clams on wtc ctc once i'll get a job ? i'm i right ?

THANKS OBIE FOR YOUR REPLY AS FAR AS WE KNOW SHE DOES NOT NEED A REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AS LONG AS SHE CAN PROVE THAT SHE HAD COMPLETED 12 MONTH UNINTERRUPTED WORK UNDER THE WRS WHICH SHE DID AND WE'VE SEND THEM ALL THE EVIDENCE, UNLESS RULES HAVE CHANGED OF COURSE

she's been working legaly since 2004 and was regitered on wrs but since we dont have most of the pay slips i guess we cant proove that she has been working for years ? thanks
