Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

@Cguven - Congrats, must be over the moon! Your timeline is very similar to mine so I'm praying that mine will land soon too. I'm getting anxious as my work requires me to travel and I'm not too sure how much longer they will be patient in waiting!! Hopefully you will get yours soon. Just curious, ...

Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

Another story of success! I got my permanent resident card today. My story is similar to @stoli ones. Send my first application may, it was returned back invalid becos I haven't tick the box that authorise Ukba to take the application fees. Thanks Jambo for your quick response. Initially, we applied for RC as unmarried partners but got married two months before we received the RC in Nov 2009. From what I remember, we might have sent in our wedding certificate as well before we got the RC - so not sure whether which category it would fa...

EEA3&4 Application with Tier 1/HSMP+EEA2 for total 5 yr

Hi all, Would appreciate someone's expertise on an issue which I can't seem to find a definite (who can in this world of ever-changing rules of immigration laws!) answer for. Essentially, we were keen to know whether it would be possible to combine the total years (5 years in May 2013) we have been ...

Re: Query re. EEA Supporting Docs

I am just putting together the supporting documents for our application, as requested in writing by the UKBA. They have requested evidence of the EEA National (me) working in the UK amongst other things.. which is fine, but any idea how many payslips or bank statements we should send? Would 3 recen...

Thanks for all your kind words. It has been very frustrating and I can really understand how you feel. I also wanted to let everyone knows that if you have not contacted your MP/SOLVIT or written any complaint letters, DO! I'm not 100% sure if it helps but we felt that it has. SOLVIT UK contacted us...

That sounds grim, mostly since we do not want to spend a fortune traveling to London to have a certificate verified, but also since both the UK and Denmark are both member states of the Hauge convention, so they must accept the certificate as being valid. That does how ever not solve the problem wh...

We needed our marriage certificate to be verified for other matters and managed to get copies of the marriage certificate verified/noted to be original by the Danish Embassy in London.

Might be worth doing that if you receive another original copy and before you send it out to UKBA again.
