Hi my appeal against my tier 4 visa is refused. I have got right to go against it in high court. I am confused about fact that can i submit new application to home office as tier 4 student. and can i appeal in high court aswell. What is process of new application as my visa is already expired

Hi i applied for visa in june under tier 4. It was refused on 29 sep because home office said they did not recieved my college letter, which i definetly sent. they did not awarded me any points. I then appealed and that time i was confident i will get visa but on 11 oct my college's liscence ...
