One reason why my application might be taking so long is that I have been living in UK for over 12 years, but I've only been a legal adult for 1.5 years! Surely not much to 'check'? Bluto (applied on 2nd Feb) iereboy (applied on 8th Feb) kam348 (applied on 10th Feb) chipmunk1 (applied on 14th Feb) P...

So how does that statement relate to the fact that you cannot carry your foreign passport with you, but use your native passport? I know of a few countries which allow dual citizenship as long as you do not use your foreign passport to enter the country (e.g. in your case, if this is the same, the ...

I am just wondering if I will be able to still use my ILR on my native passport to enter the UK even if I have a UK citizenship. thanks Why would you want to do that? Good Character Requirement

Hi, Section 3 of the AN form (Good character), asks for occupation and employer and tax reference. Although I have ILR, I am studying. So what should I tick for 3.2 and what should I put down for 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5? I have never paid taxes or NI contributions because I have always studied. (I am only ...

I would like to know how they count days absent. for example, 7th August to 14th August - is that 6, 7 or 8 days? (i.e. do they count travel days or not?) or 22nd June 2011 to ...
