Only thing you can do is wait , i have a same history as you , been on psw than Tier 1 Enterpreneuer than thier 1 enterpreneur extension , ILR on 10 years route on same day as well which was approved within an hour , last week i contacted HO on email and replied my file is with case worker now email...

You have to wait untill points are removed , usually 3 years or 4 years to be on the safe side which is 2020 as poins were given on 2016
