Interestingly, this NI payment requirement was added in June 2016 when the AN guidance was updated. I just can't understand why out of blue HO needs last 10 yr evidence and how they can expect someone to keep his payslips,P60s forever lol Its the job of HMRC I think just let the HO to chase with HMR...

It could be that caseworker thought that FLR(FP) application was simply made to achieve 10 yr Long residence threshold therefore OP withdrew his appeal straightaway once he accumulated 10 yr residence. So during the nationality application caseworker consider it in terms of good character requiremen...

HMRC has only record of your last five year's work history.....for the rest of 5 years they have only info about your NIC contribution and tax paid.......u can make a SAR request from HMRC and it will show exactly how much u earned every year. It is interesting that even HMRC don't have your complet...

No......35k requirement is for tier 2 migrant route to settlement.
Where as 10 yr Long residence route is the combination of two or more visas.

if you been reading this forum the best way was to apply on the basis of private life FLR(FP) ....u just lost 2-3 months for applying set (lr) early ........anyhow do the bio on very last day i.e., 8th or 9th working n hope for the decision to come in 2- 3 months time. I think u will get in country...

as long u hvn't spend 8 yr on tier 4 visa which u clearly not, they won't refuse ur application as ong u get the CAS from uni.

Provide a copy of ur new passport to Tier 4 sponsor and they will update n inform UKVI on ur behalf.u don't need to do any thing.

u can omit day of departure n arrival from your gap. if u read the guidance/form it says clearly about leaving both travel days.

if your absence is below 540 days over the ten yr then u don't need to worry. Just list them on the form.
