I have received my ILR (accelerated route) on 26 October 2022 after 3 years 1 month. Do I need to complete 5 years before applying for citizenship or I can apply for it after 1 year on being on ILR ?

Need your suggestion . If the main applicant gets ILR in 3 years (Accelerated route Tier-1 ENT) . WIll the child under 18 will get after one of the parent gets ILR before 5 years ?

I am having 10 employees for 12 months and Feb is 12th month. I have 1 employee who is on SSP from last 2 months and will be on sick pay for another 1 month . Will the employee being on SSP effects the accelarated route ?

I have submitted my passport to VFS about 2 1/2 months ago and there is not decision on the case yet. Can I take back my passport from VFS as I need to travel. WIll VFS charge for the service ? Has anyone taken the passport without paying since the case has taken more than 60 days.
