i had same problem but i made an out of date application with a covering letter. I got my passport back after 9 days with visa. Hope all of you will be fine. Apply as soon as possible.

i have applied on 19th of nov and got acknowledgement letter on 24th and got visa on 9th of december.

as you have original degree certificate you don't need the letter.

I got my passport back today. with 2yrs post study work visa.
firstly i applied before and was declared invalid due to old pic. But i resubmitted my application with new pic on 19th of Nov and i got my passport today with visa. it took only 18 days.

Is your visa expired when you received you'r invalid application.
if you'r visa expired before you submit the 2nd application?
