At this moment, there is no seperate letter received regarding the ILR backdated. And I think I will have to calculate from 11 March 2010(ILR issued) unitl meet the requirments. Hi Croydon, It will not affect Naturalisation/British Citizenship process. But if you think it adds up another six or seven months to our application, without our fault or negligence. I think UKBA should give a backdated letter to rectify this issue (there incompetence). Seven months is a long time...

Hi,

I will have been waiting the SET(0) application under 10 years policy for 22 weeks by the end of this week.

I have contacted my local MP. However, the response forwarded by the MP from home office said the application is currently being processed and I have to wait.

It has been 108 days of waiting by today. Never heard anything from UKBA after receiving the acknowledge letter.
