Hi Croydon, It will not affect Naturalisation/British Citizenship process. But if you think it adds up another six or seven months to our application, without our fault or negligence. I think UKBA should give a backdated letter to rectify this issue (there incompetence). Seven months is a long time...

I will have been waiting the SET(0) application under 10 years policy for 22 weeks by the end of this week.

I have contacted my local MP. However, the response forwarded by the MP from home office said the application is currently being processed and I have to wait.

It has been 108 days of waiting by today. Never heard anything from UKBA after receiving the acknowledge letter.

If they need us to provide additional document, when will us be contacted after the application is submitted?
