Its not important..Not every country's visa rejection has a reference no.

Put in either NA or leave it black...its not a big issue..

I think she needs to have the 1600 maintained for 3 months just prior to applying for her dependent visa. So if shes applying lets say on Dec 1, she needs to have 1600 funds available from Sep1 onwards.

So if she has it now and keeps it that way without withdrawing it then she's fine.

As a clarification, Im applying from the US. I had just applied for tourist purposes but at the last minute I applied for the Tier 1. Im not planning on using the tourist visa to travel at all since my tourist plans have changed and decided to go in for Tier 1.

I am going to submit my docs for the Tier 1 program next week, but I also have a valid UK tourist visa valid till

March 25th 2010.

Will this be an impediment to my Tier 1 application?

Hey There,

Im an applicant from the US for the Tier 1 program? Once the UK consulate makes a decision on the Tier 1, do they send back all the original documents along with the passport or do they keep back any?
