My details: 5 yrs continuous (wp) + 1 yr ILR. Date of ILR granted: 1st Feb 2010. Date I can apply for BC: on or after 2nd Feb 2011 or maybe 1st Feb 2011. what is this TB Certificate? Where can we get it from? Any good hospital or it has to be linked to UK High Commission authorized?

I have been told as for the supporting documents it is a MUST to submit the following with the AN application form:

1) 6 months bank statement
2) 3 months pay slips?
3) letter from employment

Please assure me is this the correct information?

so now the steps are:

1) apply via NCS using the AN form
2) if application succeeded, HO will send invitation letter to attend the ceremony
3) contact local office and attend the ceremony
4) apply for passport at post office service using the new passport form

Right?
