Is not allowed,

He only said we can appeal againts is decision so the upper tier can also look into. He said we need to prove that he was working excersicing treaty right, which will obviously show that the mirage has lasted for three years also.

I will like to understand you more trouble, does that mean there will some other people in the same court room for our hearing apart from our family. Secondly, I will like to know how long does the hearing normally take.

Document got to court 4days instead of 5days due to weekend



Please could anyone help me understand what could happen if my appeal got to court and HO one day less than the normal five period. could the court and HO understand there is weekend saturday and sunday in between, which could delay the document be delivered until monday.

Thanks a lot for all this reply, we have all the document up to 2008 which show he lives and work while he was leaving with us. all this document has been sent to them, and the only thing they ask for was the decree absolute. which is why they claim to be the reason for refusal.

Hi

I mean they got married in 2003, the 5 years was issued in 2004 february. That is what I meant, but right now after he had signed the divorce letter. We could not see him seens then, until now that we have receive the decree absolute.
