SWITCHING 10 YEAR FAMILY ROUTE

HI
My wife has just been granted the 30 month Leave To Remain under the 10 Year Family Route and looking at the options of switching if possible once i can meet the financial requirement of £18.600
Switching this route or going the Surinder Singh Route which is more less difficult

Hi
Just spoken to tax credit help line.
Been told the TC154 sent to me.
DCI 1 sent to glasgow.
Does anyone knows what these are and what it means....
My claim is already 14 weeks and have different things said each time.

Hi Olujay25, The letter i think is sent out only when case worker requires and since you already sent it with your application they shoudn't have requested that again,rather the case worker should have requested current pay slips or any other form to establish you are still excersing treaty rights. ...
