First Passport Application on 26th April, 2016

Is there anyone who applied for first passport on 26th April, 2016 right after the citizenship ceremony received his/her passport?. My passport application has been on stage 2 since two weeks ago.

Please share your experience.

There might be a ceremony in Feb or early March I guess. I hope that approvals will start rolling out next week.
