Even if you had CCJs, this would not normally affect your application, provided you have this fully declared when applying for ILR and you have a clear payment plan in place for the debts.

My understanding from the solicitor I asked that is that you need to inform Home Office about any CCJs. I submitted my application (ILR) last week with a CCJ mentioned, will inform you of the outcome in future.

I was recently (last week) advised by Home Office to cancel my online appointment as I had not included the dependants, yet I wanted them to be part of my ILR application. You have to include the dependant as additional family members while you are booking online.
