Your 10 years period start from compliant Apr 2012 . So you can apply Naturalization after any time Apr 2022 , so you are good go.

Bro I am speaking about NHS record not about doctors letters, immunizations record, blood test rocords, appointment records, which one easily get able from GP or download from patient access.

Those applied befor 12 April 2023, Temporary admission still count for them and those applied after 12th April 2023, so no more Temporary admission count.

These changes will be implemented from 12 April 2023. For the long residence route, the time spent under temporary admission or immigration bail will no longer count.
