I really doubt that your appeal will go far. If I may ask, submitting false payslips is dengerous. They have ways of knowing its false. They either call your employer or verify with the bank. I assume you submitted a false bank statement. How did you ever think you can get away with this. Duh!!!

Really sad state of affairs. I posted mine since August, did my Biometrics since September and here are I no word from UKBA. Considering I paid close to £4000 for myself and dependants. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service from UKBA. No amount of complain will make them change! I feel really gutte...

12 month period of previous earnings

Hi All,

A friend of mine wants to use 12 months period from 01/08/11 to 31/07/12 for 12 consecutive month of earning. Is it fair to say that it is well within the rules to apply on 28/09/12 considering 12 consecutive months in the last 15 months. Many thanks for your advise!!!

I will applying for FLR for her even though she has been my dependant for the whole 10 years period . In such case, does she not qualify for settlement under long residence in her own right? It took her 9 months before she came to the UK to settle with even though I got her dependant immediately I ...

What if on the process of waiting for ILR, the wife dependabt visa runs out, what does he do? I am in the same situation but considering the length of time it takes to issue ILR, what happens to her during the wait period if her visa runs out? In such case, dependant must make an application for ex...

After you get your ILR. You need to apply for your wife’s visa using FLR(M) form. Once your wife gets FLR, she can apply for ILR immediately as she has already spent 2 years with you. Your assumption about your UK born children is correct. Once you get your ILR, you can register them for British Ci...

Vinny, I felt a lot of relief knowing that I can defer the application of my UK born kids. My issue is that I have always renewed my kids along side with mine since they were born. Considering the new fees, that will cost me £1500. Do you think I should defer it till ILR even though I have renewed f...

Did you attend court? if not, it is just a penalty fare like any other FPN... As long as you paid it on the spot and there was no court case and there was no police caution, then there is no need to mention it....

Just reading through the MAC report on settlement of skilled migrant workers, I can see they are refering only to Tier 1 exceptional talent route and the Tier 2 Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT), shortage occupation, ministers of religion and sportsperson routes. I am hoping I am right, Tier1 Gener...

I know we were told that the rules can change when applying for ILR but how reasonable is this? Will it affect existing Tier1 General Migrant? Really feels like packing and leaving the UK now. I am fed up with this micky mouse game they are playing with Us. http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2012/feb/29/s...

i think you should never mention it. In case if they refuse your visa you can still apeal it attaching your penalty receipt that you ve paid the amount before 21 days and its clearly mentioned in the recept that its not a criminal offence before that. Well...I just had a word with customer service ...
