Re: Dependant in Uk more than 12 months BUT applying abroad

1. Extension (leave to remain) can only be applied for from within the UK. Entry clearance (leave to enter) from outside the UK is not an "extension". 2. If they apply for entry clearance after the current PBS dependant leave has expired, their ILR clock will be reset. See also PBS dependant policy...

According to my understanding, any commercial spending (like to buy the lease) will count towards investment.

But still wait for experts comments.

Re: Can we invest total 200 k as Unsecured director loan

I believe the OPs question was mainly concerned about "chunks" of cash. It is VERY clear and already dicsussed so many times that as soon as 200K is transferred, the investment is done and now the company need to spend that money in day to day business activities which include rents, rates, salaries...

Re: Child born in UK

You do NOT have to declare anything about your child. You only have to declare people you want to get visas for. My friend who has two children and is about to qualify for ILR wont declare either of his children on his SET(o) and will directly apply for their Citizenship, which should save him a co...

Re: Extension: Employing on 40h per week basis?

I think, 11th of July, 2014 new policy should not be mixed up with number of hours for one week. Because it will contradict again if someone was granted visa in 2013 and has not traded or done any business for two years instead started his/her first business in 2015. So he will be mixed up for part ...

Please NOTE: Whatever we pay as deposit for the commercial mortgage will be counted for investment offcourse but not the money what the bank is paying. I mean if the property is worth 200K and I pay 50K deposit, then my investment is done for 50K ONLY, I cannot claim that I have bought COMMERCIAL p...
