Finally!! Human rights fresh claim Expedited 6 wks till done

Quick update

My fresh claim was expedited with the help of my MP and will be concluded in 6 weeks. I submitted further evidence through my local Mp,he has been brilliant. I hope and pray that we are granted. its been a long stressful battle with the homeoffice. I am tired!!! :(

UKBA Barriar Team?

Anyone heard of them before..Caseworker says she forwarded my file to this
Barriar or Berriar Team..not sure if the spelling is correct..lol..but she pronounced it along those lines ..

What circumstances did u submit after the refusal for asylum? was it the birth of the baby? what reason did Home office give for granting discretion for 3 years?.

Which year were u detained and how old was the baby at that point?

I am his father,i have no status hence the fresh claim,i am an overstayer from africa,there are no provisions in our home country that will offer the support he requires.My whole family is here in England.

hi all Application for over 18 dependant overstayer (FORM SET F) Refused...Main reason,not enough compassionate circumstances to grant leave.. Is it worth appealing? Appeal. A judge is far more likely to be sympathetic to compassionate circumstances and to take note of Article 8 than the Home Offic...

I have been asked for same documents in November after 1 year wait, my solicitor sent then lot and I am still waiting. it was a liverpool team that made the request. they only requested 2 photos unattached. good luck and let us know if you hear anything I will keep u posted zebra3...i pray all goes...
