One will have to probably pay N...

Yes. You would need to show your dad's financial proof as your mother is financially dependent on him. Your mother would need to provide documentary evidences (like savings, property, strong family bonds) to show that she has strong ties back in the home country. you can check few other posts in thi...

Hi, Do we (I and wife) still need to enclose our Bank Statement, Payslips and sponsorship letter? You would need to provide a sponsorship letter and NOC from landlord/lettng agent. Also check : http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/ecg/maintenanceaccommodation If they are providing the financial proofs i.e ...

Dear members, I am applying for naturalisation for myself (Form AN) and for my son(Form MN1), applying together. Question is 1. Re: Need help - ILR Eligibility for me and dependant Enquiry

1. I can not understand a business trip taken but not paid by the company. Were you paid salary in your home country during this time ? 2. Include your wife in your SET O application. If required, provide explanation of your wife's absence for maternity reasons. 3. No need to take your wife with you...

Can you advise what is your husband son's visa type? It cannot be ILE (Indefinite leave to enter) as ILE will not have "No recourse to public fund" stamped. Public funds are the really confusing aspect! Also I forgot to ask - he was out of the country for 2 months last year, bringing his son to UK (...

ILE (Settlement) visa expiry date - for dependent kid.

Hi friends, I have recently got ILR in Mar 2010 (WP+Tier1 category, 5yrs). My wife has also got ILR as my dependent. My child will be born in India (due to compelling personal reasons), and I would apply for kids settlement entry clearance visa as my dependent. My passport would expire in Feb 2011, ...

But you might need to show economic activity, so once your out of job, apply for job vacancies and more importantly keep all correspondences, interview letters, consultant correspondences, etc. showing that you are actively lo...

Which country do you intend to apply for your passport? Passport applications and renewals if you are abroad or live outside the UK Passports This should answer your queries. Can somebody please advise? Thanks very much. Unfortunately there is nothing there about getting the first passport abroad.

Re: Can I apply for wife (dependent) in my ILR application?

As you are having Tier 1 visa at the moment, your wife will have to wait for atleast 2 years before she can apply for ILR with you. I dont think she will be able to get ILR before July 2011. (considering she has come to UK in 2010), so the best option for you will be to apply in May 2011 alone, befo...
