ILR renewal is meaningless. Your ILR BRP is NOT a visa in which your legal status is lost after expiry, ILR status is permanent and has nothing to do with the expiry date of the card. A BRP is just a means to prove your settled status. They will be phased out from 1st Jan 2025. still companies ask ...

Just wondering if Limited company director would be counted under professional standing to be a referee for naturalisation application?

Thanks

Enclose appropriate fee and payment slip

Hello Dear,

How I may pay appropriate fee for naturalisation and get payment slip while applying using form AN and MN via council appointment?

Besides it, UK absences should be in which sequence - from latest to oldest or oldest to latest?

Thanks

Hi All, I can see that my condition is part of exempt list mentioned in the answer of Q2 in previous thread from 2015 "https://www.immigrationboards.com/british-citizenship/faqs-english-language-requirements-for-naturalisation-t198118.html". You tick the relevant block re. ILR after Oct 2013. Bear in mind that HO can and often do ask for evidence of level B1 language test or UK NARIC if relevant. Thanks for your email.
