submitted my docs on 8th January. Will be roughly 6 weeks tomorrow. The huge envelope which arrived today just had 2 things in it, the nikkah khuwani and the english translated version. Nothing else. AJK Marriage Certificate issue

Is it me or are UK BA taking the ultimate p155. It has been 8 weeks since I supplied my documents to them and yet had no official news on my wife visa...

Once you have submitted your appeal it will take around a month for you to receive ackowledgment letter from the court that your appeal has been received. And that will get the ball rolling.
