The fee to apply using flr(o) is £601. Is there any exemptions for refugee? When refugee apply for settlement there is no fee i guess.

My friend claimed asylum in Germany while holding a student visa for UK. Now he is getting married to a girl in UK who is on asylum as well.

My question.

If he withdraws his aslyum will he be able to come back to UK and join his wife as an dependant?

One more thing I came to know today that they have filed a FIR against me regarding calling myself a Muslim.
