Yes, If you don't have any intention to travel from outside UK with your little one. You can directly include her in ILR. even if you don't apply for her ILR, can apply for her citizenship directly after getting your ILR.

It is not mandatory to provide p60 for last five years as many guys posted here that HO just asked last one year P60. but it is advisable to keep with you when they ask. The best way to get last 5 year tax history, call HMRC and ask for your tax history documents.

If u apply for two years visa it doesn't mean that she can stay two year here. She can stay 6 months in twelve consecutive months only. By applying two years you can just save the fees increase in future.

Thank you for clear answer, Actually they have very difficult time here and can't stay without job. I came to know that it will take two week to get the passport from Indian consulate. so I will advise her to stay for passport.
