log in onto the UKBA website around 11 45pm. Try continously from 11 50pm - 12 15am. You will defintely get some slots.
Even I was in the same position as you then tried at midnight and got the slot.

I am self employed but as sole trader, so I am not aware of insurance or dividend. I hope some senior member would be able to advice you on it.

okay, they are saying my net income includes travelling expenses and subsistance allowance, which means my gross income doesnt include it. so I can claim the gross income they have mentioned, it as it doesnt include the non taxable part,isnt it?

you will have to pay the fees which is valid at the time of application
Now for extension is £1500 for main applicant and £750 for dependent.
