Type: work permit to Tier 1 general extension
Application sent : 2 Feb
Application received : 3 Feb
Fee deducted : 12 Feb
Acknowledgment letter dated : 15 Feb

Spang, No i didn't have dependants...and i am also changing from tier 2 to tier 1...maybe our case is slightly different? i m flying in a week time, better than you but it would be nice if we both get our stuff back as soon as possible...

hi there, yes i applied mine on the 2nd of feb..so, still waiting. Today is surely not 'the' day as the post man didn't bring me anything. we only get letters delivered once a day.

guys, i think Croydon Office is the Finance department. that's why the payment bit (1st section of the form) needs to be separated from the rest. Don't quote me on this. I only heard it from my friend.

I am still waiting for mine, sent on the 2nd of feb. and guess what, i forgot to attach the prepaid envelope!!!gosh, if they send it 2nd class i wonder how long its gonna take!!!

Tier 1 processing time - Feb 2010

Guys, could somebody give some indication how long the tier 1 processing time would be based on your experience? I sent mine on the 2nd of Feb 2010. Got the acknowledgement letter 10days letter, got fee deducted...but now, i'm just waiting. quite frustrating sometimes :( it's also an in-country ...

hi ya. I sent mine on the 2nd of Feb, but the money only been taken out on the 11th and I got the ackonowledgment letter on the 15th. I am sure it will be alright for you. I was worried sick if i sent it to the right address etc. Hope it goes well for both of us.
