You can list all absences in last 5 years and write a covering letter explaining the reason.

In section 6.3

"Letter from applicant detailing reasons for absence due to compelling or compassionate reasons"

Best option is to call UKBA and explain the issue

To my knowledge they debit the money first and then start working on application

Congratulations on your ILR

In your post you said you are applying with a dependent and in list of documents there is only SET(O)

Do we need to submit only SET(O) if main applicant and dependent are applying at same time ?
Should i not fill SET(M) for dependent?

Uk Tier 1 Mistake in Visa Valid Date

Hello all,

I got my Uk tier 1 visa today and visa valid date is from 14th Oct but in the visa application i mentioned that i am planning to travel to Uk in Jan

Is there a way to get valid date corrected ? as it will take at least 2 months for me to resign my job
