I am on Tier1 Visa and eligible for ILR in Feb 2015. My son was born in Dec 2013 and he has an indian passport now. We haven't travelled outside UK after his birth and so my son doesn't have Tier1 dependent Visa. I know we can take citizenship registration for him after our ILR but we have to travel...

Thanks Ram for the reply. Appreciate it. But isn't the accommodation details need to be shown at the time of visa application? I see it in the supporting documents. I asked if anybody has got into such situation where they have 1 bedroom flat (2 room) and successfully got the visitor visa for their ...

Shedy..it's the invoice raising date which is counted in the period and not the invoice payment date (told by my accountant). It's better to submit invoices summaries (by accountant) and actual invoices if you have (case worker explicitly asked for these from me even though I am also on salary + div...

Sarad, it seems that all persons including Gurus are tyring to advise you to submit all pages and you still want to submit only some pages. Sounds fishy to me and probably case worker would also think so! Why can't you send 40+ pages of statement. Your job is to send all the documents and it would b...

Get the letter on accountancy firm letter head and mention the registration number of the firm. No need to specify the individual accountant name. UKBA tier1 guidance clearly says it should be either certified accountant or accountancy firm. Now in the certified accountancy firm you are not bothered...
