Your UK born children do NOT require ilr if you plan on registering them as British. They could have applied for citizenship once you got ilr Thank you CR001 for your quick response. I am not planning registering them as British, hence the application for ILR for them. Can you confirm for me ...

I forgot to mention, my wife's visa was Student+Tier 2+FLR-M.

My daughter are all born in the UK, they are 11 and 9 years old.

I had some problem when i travelled to Paris from London by Bus... atleast you have Stmap coming into UK but i did not have on either side. Trust me they wont be bothered to check it..
