Try looking at www.s1jobs.com

Less jobs but less competition. Don't stick to Edinburgh..look for jobs in Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen and anywhere you can commute by train in 1-2 hours.

You can get you PCC done from Indian consulate in 15 pounds.

No they will kep it with them. They will make 3 sets of your application. one with all the original and 2 sets of copies. I dont know why but they do.

make sure that you have 2 photo copies of everything including your form else they will ask to make copies in there office which will waste your time.

You can pay by cash or pay by draft from standard charter bank in shivajinagar (Confirm this from there website).

Wondering if this affects our extension?

In past whenever they changed the rules, it was always for the new applicants. Please post any information if you get for extensions.
